Therefore, this job requires the candidate to have excellent reading, writing and computer typing skills and is proficient in online chats and emails.
Most importantly, for BPO jobs we will compare the education according to our job type whether what type of job we have to do and our qualification matches that job or not. However, the basic educational qualification for voice-based outsourcing starts from 10th or 12th qualification degree. But for the Non-voice based outsourcing, companies prefer to hire candidates who have completed their graduation. B.Com or B.Tech degree is considered better for this job. Both types of BPO jobs require specific skills for the job role. As you can interact with customers on chat or on call, company owners prefer candidates with excellent communication skills. The job also requires fluency in speaking and a presentational voice that should impress customers of their company. The ability to browse the Internet, good typing skills, the ability to send and receive email, and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets can help you land a job quickly. Also, many BPO jobs may require the candidate to interact directly with customers and this requires patience in taking calls and answering queries and good vocabulary for sending messages. Grammars must be known to make a good impression on the customer.
