  • Inbound process: Inbound process is a type of voice base outsourcing in which employees act as call center agents in a call center and use their experience and expertise to answer customers’ queries or solve their problems. Handles all incoming calls. These employees attempt to resolve complaints over the phone by raising a relevant ticket or issue from their home, office or call center.
  • Outbound process: Employees working in the outbound process are called upon to update, pitch and sell a particular company’s services or products to customers by praising them. For example, BPO employees working for a bank will call customers to sell their credit cards or insurance schemes by explaining their benefits and services and getting them to agree on the call. Therefore, it is important to describe the company’s product and services in such a way that the customer becomes fully aware of the product or service and the customer likes it and agrees to avail the services.

2. Non-voice based outsourcing

Non-Voice based outsourcing We can call Front Office Outsourcing Non-Voice-based outsourcing jobs do not require an employee to have a call center or make a phone call to a customer. In a Non-voice based outsourcing jobs, employees work online with the customer on their system via chats and emails to provide solutions to the problems the customer is experiencing with their skills and experience. Therefore, this job requires the candidate to have excellent reading, writing and computer typing skills and is proficient in online chats and emails.

Qualifications required for BPO jobs
